NEW TIME

  • TOWELS ARE REQUIRED to participate.  

         No exceptions.

  • Covered Shoes for Boot camps required unless otherwise stated  on schedule.

  • Covered water bottles only. A Healthy Options Vending machine  with snacks/drinks is on site.

  • No children on fitness floors at any time. Children 7 and Up are allowed in our vending area if they are behaved and do not disturb classes. Free WiFi is available.

  • You can not enter a class 10 minutes after start.

  • YOGA: Bring your own Yoga Mat if desired. We provide long, cushioned mats and some yoga mats on a first come first serve basis.

  • HOT YOGA: You must bring your own yoga mat due to the high amount of sweat generated from the class. Please bring a towel and water. Room will be between 90 and 95 degrees. 

  • BEACH BOOTCAMP: Vibram's or Shoes. Bring a Towel and Water. *If RAINING: the SATURDAY class will move indoors. The MONDAY class will be cancelled and you can switch over online to an indoor class. Lot's of SAND training in this class, be prepared to possibly get wet. Classes are located at: Ewa Beach Park, VERY end of Fort Weaver Road. Report at the sand.  Level: 1-3

Key:

 

Level 1-3: Class will be taught at an intermediate level but offer modifications for beginners to advanced. These classes are designed to push you beyond your comfort zone. They are faster paced than our other classes.

 

Level 1-2: These classes are not our more high intensity classes but provide a solid and challenging workout. These classes can be modified more easily for those with any physical issues or who are deconditioned.

 

ALL: These classes are ideal for all fitness levels. Whether you're advanced or beginner, you will find value in each class. They are generally low impact and very adaptable for different conditions.

  • ALL classes will be RESERVED through our ONLINE SCHEDULING SYSTEM. NO WALK-IN'S. 

  • ALL classes will be LIMITED IN SIZE  and will allow for up to 8 to wait list if/when a class fills. We will add on to our schedule if we have consistently booked classes.

  • A 12 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS IN EFFECT or you will be charged the class. No exceptions. Cancellations can be done via a phone, pad or computer. Your fellow members and staff thank you for being considerate and cancelling out of a class to make space for a wait listed member.

  • You can reserve a class up to 15 minutes prior to start time before  it locks out.

  • You can reserve all of your classes at once for memberships and packages. You will receive reminders of your reservations. Please remember to cancel if your schedule changes.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a class at any time and will only do so as a last resort. You will receive an email notification when we cancel.

  • You can not share MEMBERSHIPS or GROUPON deals with other family members/friends. Packages are available to share.
