Beach Boot Camp
Our beach class is all sand training and located in Ewa Beach at the Ewa Beach Park (end of Fort Weaver Rd.). We may use equipment such as the TRX, sand bags, medicine balls, ladders, buckets, etc.. The primary focus is to move your body in sand, train the finer muscles in your legs/feet, challenge you cardiovascularily and get you outside.

Ideal for: All levels and youth (9+)
*Shoes are optional in this class. Vibram or minimalist shoes are ideal. You will be in sand.
Keiki 360 Strong
This 1 hour class will put youth between the ages of 8-14 through cardiovascular conditioning, drills that focus on speed, agility, balance and functional training. Unilateral training, hip / shoulder / knee /ankle mobility and overall coordination are also worked on. The TRX, Rip Trainer, Bosu, Kettlebells, outdoor drills, speed bands, etc., may be used. We may make exceptions and allow as young as 6 and up to 14 if we feel class will suite their needs. Max size is 12, girls and boys, athletes or non-athletes.

Power and Function
This is our only pure strength training class that will use straight bars/plates, kettle bells and body weight movements. Rep/Set based, this class focuses on building strength and power using traditional and non-traditional movements. A great compliment to our functional focus classes. This is not a cardiovascular conditioning class.
These classes are open to the public
This class is designed as a circuit/interval formatted class. You will move through stations that will consist of various equipment or body weight movements that focus on both strength and cardiovascular conditioning. There is no outdoor training or running in this class.

Ideal for: All fitness levels and Youth (10+)
FLOW Yoga (Adult/Youth)
This yoga class will be a flow class that focuses on flexibility, mobility and core strength. It's a perfect class for Adult and Youth Athletes that need to improve in these areas, it's preventative maintenance for the joints and it has a meditative component that slows the body and mind down and get connected with your body. Priscilla will connect movement to breathe. Known to detoxify the body and heal muscle.
Ideal for all levels.
Earn Your Sweat
Our ADHD workout. This class will be a surprise each class but may consist of a combination of: TRX Boot Camp, PiYo, Barefoot Boot Camp, Tabata, TRX Chiseled, Metabolic Meltdown, Obstacle Course and Outdoor drills. Just plan to work hard and to do an out of the box workout! This is a cardio and strengthe based workout, outside running or exercise may occur. Possible V02 max efforts (anaerobic conditioning) and Lactate Threshold work. What is this? GO

Aerial Yoga- starts Sept 22nd
Take your asana/yoga practice to new heights! Aerial asanas (postures) explore dimensions, such as inversions supported by the hammock. After a few classes overall body strength will increase with an emphasis on connecting the upper and lower body via the core. By manipulating the force of gravity we are able to deeply access the joints and muscles increases flexibility. This type of practice opens them in a completely different manner. Our silks are unlike anyone else on the island and offer handles to allow for more modifications and options as you progress in your practice
Contra-indications for aerial classes: Glaucoma, heart-conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, fused spine, pregnancy.
Clothing requirements: snug fitted clothing (capri's/leggings) without zippers or metal, under-arms need to be covered. Please remove all jewelry.These classes are NOT a part of any membership. They are small group training (4 max), fee based.

Tabata Boot Camp/Pay to Play Tabata
These classes may or may not use the TRX but will use various equipment that creates high intensity functional movements. Tabata workouts are intended to create complete exhaustion in a set of muscles by doing 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, repeating 8 rounds of the same set of exercises. And we repeat that at least 6 or more times with different sets of exercises. A great class to shock the body and push you a bit harder than our other boot camps. *Indoor and sometimes outdoor class. V02 max efforts (anaerobic conditioning) is a norm for this class. What is V02 max efforts? GO

Ideal for: Intermediate to Advanced level. No youth.
TRX Boot Camp
These boot camps will be high intensity and intended to push you outside of your comfort zone. The TRX will be the primary focus of this class with stations or alternate exercises using various equipment in an interval and/or circuit format. You will move dynamically, in all planes and include a lot of rotational, stability and single sided movements. This class has no set rules, so plan on each class being very different, including drills outside!

This hour long kettlebell focused workout will incorporate the kettlebell as the primary source of your pain. However we may sprinkle in other equipment and modalities along with it to keep things fresh, well rounded and diverse.
Why kettlebell? It's basically strength training that works you with your own body weight (unlike machines and traditional hand weights). It also provides unique and powerful movements that gets your core, hips, power house areas of your body conditioned. All movement/power originates from your power house (abs, lower back, glutes and thighs). It's also a discipline unlike many other forms of exercise that requires mastery over time. Achieving this mastery is part of the love/hate relationship you'll have with the bells.
Ideal for: All fitness levels and youth (10+ if they have strong body awareness)
This class is a non-cardio based class to teach you the in and outs of using the TRX for a true functional strength training experience. It is STRENGTH training based, repeating movements several sets. Offered twice a week (both in AM and PM), muscle groups will be split each class OR a total body workout each class. Great for beginners and advanced. We will often use kettlebells, balls and other strength based equipment to supplement the workout. This class can replace strength training days in a typical gym. Very recommended for TRIATHLETES, RUNNERS, YOUTH ATHLETES and the CASUAL ATHLETE who tend to neglect building under trained muscles and supporting the joints, which is vital to avoid injury and ensure ultimate fitness performance.

Ideal for: All fitness levels and youth (9+)
RESTORATIVE: Restorative yoga is the centering of your breath and body, aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Struggling through a practice where we are out of our comfort zones typically offers us a reward later-peace, serenity and restfulness. In life there is a time to push and a time to grind, a time to ebb and a time to flow. If your body and mind tell you that burnout is on the horizon, you might give restorative yoga a try. Do not expect the class to be as easy as it looks, but expect to sleep like a baby that night!
TRX/Rip Trainer Boot Camp + Yoga
This F.T. (Functional training) class will primarily use the TRX and Rip Trainer to provide a unique funtional based workout unlike any other. Expect to be challenged by movements you've never seen before and/or executed in the way this class presents. It's a stength class that will leave you physically exhausted and mentally challenged. There are minimal cardio components to the class but not our focus for this hour. lass is finished off with an awesome 20 minute Flow Yoga session with Tina.

This traditional boxing and kickboxing class is taught be a current MMA competitor with a boxing, wrestling, kickboxing, crossfit and personal training background. Class will also incorporate ground drills and classic MMA movements, body weight movements, kettle bell, TRX and functional training.
Ideal for: All fitness levels, men and women and Youth (10+)
Boxing Gloves are REQUIRED to attend this class. Wraps very recommended.

Barre Sculpt/ Barre: Designed for maximum sculpting and chiseling, this non-impact workout will engage, stabilize and strengthen your targeted areas and leave you leaner, longer and stronger. No cardio bursts in this class. Focus on legs, core, upper body in ways no other format captures. This is NOT a dance class.
