 BEACH BOOT CAMPS

Our awesome, so not boring or typical beach formats are not going to be like any other cardiovascular or strength conditioning class you've seen.

We may use equipment such as the TRX, sand bags, medicine balls, kettle bells, buckets, battle ropes, etc., OR if listed, all body weight training. Tabata, interval and/or circuit rounds will be used. The primary focus is to move your body in sand, grass and water to train you functionally, challenge you cardiovascularily and get you outside as you should be in Hawaii.

TRX Boot Camp: will have a heavy focus on TRX use.

Beach Body Weight: Is all bodyweight based with no equipment.

Beach Drills: Will use various equipment along with body weight.

Expect to get wet and sandy in all classes. Bathrooms and showers available at site.


SUITABLE FOR: All levels. Ages 13 and Up.

Modifications are always provided. You go at YOUR pace.

 KEIKI 360 STRONG

This 1 hour class will put youth between the ages of 8-17 through cardiovascular conditioning, drills that focus on speed, agility, balance and functional training. Unilateral training, hip / shoulder / knee /ankle mobility and overall coordination are also worked on. The TRX, Rip Trainer, Bosu, Kettlebells, speed bands, etc., may be used. Class will be held in the sand, water sections (not swimming) and grass training. Eden is completing a new and innovative Speed, Strength and Agility course that will implement new thinking in proper athletic training.

 Strength Training- FORM, FUNCTION, BALANCE

This is our only pure strength training class that will use plates, kettle bells and body weight movements. Rep/Set based, this class focuses on building strength and power using traditional and non-traditional movements. This is not a cardiovascular conditioning class but your heart rate will respond as though in an interval class.

 BEACH BARRE

This Barre class will be taught on the beach with Pilates Balls, Bands and your own body weight. Designed for maximum sculpting and chiseling, this non-impact workout will engage, stabilize and strengthen your targeted areas and leave you leaner, longer and stronger. No cardio bursts in this class. Focus on legs, core, upper body in ways no other format captures.  VINYASA YOGA- Morning Magic & FUSION YOGA-Under the Stars

VINYASA: This yoga class will be a flow class that focuses on flexibility, mobility and core strength. It's a perfect class for Adult and Youth Athletes that need to improve in these areas, it's preventative maintenance for the joints and it has a meditative component that slows the body and mind down and get connected with your body. Bec will connect movement to breathe. Known to detoxify the body and heal muscle.

FUSION: Will be a unique combination of SLOW FLOW and YIN), Under the Stars on the beach!

SUITABLE FOR: All levels. Ages 10 and Up.

 CARDIO RUN/DRILLS

This class is all about that cardio!! Hills, lateral, backwards, weighted, or not. A combination of running drills, cardio drills and body weight movements for an interval/HIIT effect. If you are looking to cross-train for your sport, need more cardio than your current workouts, want some company to share the pain...join us! You go at your pace. Modifications provided.
